Or other Washingtons.)<\/p>\n<p>Among other things I observed the &#8220;progressive bias&#8221; to late-arriving ballots.<\/p>\n<p>More than <em>observed<\/em>, I suppose, but rather questioned a bit why such a bias exists. The Kindergarteners they have counting these things feel bad for the person losing and lean into the horserace? The whole thing is a bit bizarre.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and bizarre?
