Perhaps, but perhaps I also must accept the fact that this is how TV is viewed in 2015. Series finales are not the TV spectaculars of yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>There are only three shows in the history of television I&#8217;ve enjoyed that most of the main characters work for the government:\u00a0<em>Parks and Recreation<\/em>,\u00a0<em>M*A*S*H<\/em>, and\u00a0<em>House of Cards<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of which, commence\u00a0<em>House of Cards<\/em> marathon in 5&#8230;4&#8230;3&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wednesday night I watched the final episode of\u00a0Parks and Recreation\u00a0on &#8220;tape delay.&#8221; Did the fact that I watched it on my tablet, 24 hours after everyone else saw it on TV, take away from the experience a bit?
