{"id":712,"date":"2015-06-12T08:03:55","date_gmt":"2015-06-12T04:03:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mikeoconnelljr.com\/?p=712"},"modified":"2015-07-05T01:37:03","modified_gmt":"2015-07-04T21:37:03","slug":"cnn-kicks-off-the-seventies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mikeoconnelljr.com\/?p=712","title":{"rendered":"CNN kicks off The Seventies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last night I watched the first episode of CNN&#8217;s new series,\u00a0<em>The Seventies<\/em>, a follow-up to the previous decade&#8217;s series I enjoyed so much from 2014.\u00a0Like the first episode of\u00a0<em>The Sixties<\/em>,\u00a0<em>The Seventies<\/em>\u00a0details the ups, downs, and changing face of television during the decade. Some pretty interesting stuff happened during the 1970s, and almost all of it happened on TV.
