How about two thousand?

Three times a week is about 156 posts a year (3 times 52).

Two thousand divided by 156 is 12.82, so a little bit shy of 13 years.

I started this little blog of mine in November of 2013. After stopping the previous incarnation of this site in 2009, when I said I was no longer interested in doing anything for free, I said in 2013 that the non-pecuniary benefits of hosting one’s own blog are just too great to resist.

Still feel that way. And now I’m a little too old to change.
