I have noted before that my hometown NFL team–that would be the Washington Commanders–tends to find new and unusual ways to ruin a Sunday.

What I usually mean is, they find a stupid way to lose a game.

Yesterday afternoon at Northwest Stadium they did the home crowd one better, finding a stupid way to tie a football game. Should have won in regulation, definitely should have won in overtime. (Watch the final play if you’ve got the stomach for it.)

Something tells me, though, this won’t be the last time I’m #smh this season.
